How Quickluber outperforms other gas-powered lubricators.

While most systems rely on outdated or inconsistent gas regulation methods, Quickluber is engineered for total control and repeatability. Many lubricators on the market use a carbon-layer system to manage gas flow. This method depends on microscopic differences in carbon thickness applied to a plastic base. These variations are nearly invisible to the eye, making quality control extremely difficult and performance unpredictable over time.

Quickluber takes a smarter, more reliable approach: our system uses a PCB with integrated electronic resistors, where each setting (from 1 to 12 months) corresponds to a precise resistor value. The result? 100% output volume reproducibility, accurate control, and flawless consistency: no guesswork, no drift.

The Core Principle: Controlled Gas Generation

At the core of Quickluber is a sealed gas cell that activates through a controlled electrochemical reaction. Once triggered, this reaction gradually produces a gas (hydrogen), which builds up pressure inside the chamber over time.

As the pressure increases, it pushes against an internal piston. This steady force moves the lubricant from the reservoir toward the application point — typically a bearing, gear, or other rotating component.

The process is carefully calibrated to ensure a stable and continuous flow of lubricant over a defined period, from several weeks up to several months, depending on the model and configuration. This makes Quickluber a reliable solution for long-term, hands-free lubrication.
